Tom is extremely personable, knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I needed and supplied me with just that, what I was looking for. Tom pointed me in the right direction with no pressure for anything else. The installation was quick and easy and their technician Mark set everything up at each work station making sure all was working before he left. I highly recommend TGM Copiers. A 5 Star company.

Doug wanted to pass along how professional a job your service tech did. He kept things clean, neat, organized and professional. He had the tools, parts and equipment necessary to complete the repairs to the copier. He also went above and beyond to clean and polish the entire machine. While this was not expected, it was greatly appreciated. When he was finished he asked me to check to see if I was happy and to ensure the copier was fully functional.

The Daily Campus is a student-run organization and given the current economic situation in marketing, our budget is really tight. TGM made sure to find their highest quality copier machines that fell within our finances which was extremely important to us.
